Return Process and Policy:

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your Tokyo Design Studio product purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may utilize our return process. Please read below for more information on the return policy.

Return Conditions:
a. Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
b. The products must be in unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
c. If the product is damaged, delivered incorrectly, or of poor quality, please continue reading for specific instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:
a. If there is nothing wrong with the product and you wish to return it, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
b. If the product is damaged, of poor quality, or delivered incorrectly, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

Return Process:

b. In your email, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product item number
  • Reason for return (e.g., damaged, delivered incorrectly, poor quality)
    c. Attach photos of the damage to the item and the packaging to support your claim.
    d. Once we have received and evaluated your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Refund or Replacement:
a. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will determine whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
b. For damaged or defective products, we will reimburse the return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
c. For returns where nothing is wrong with the product, the purchase amount of the product will be refunded, minus the return shipping costs.

Damage Discovered after Delivery:

  • Photos of the damage to the item and the packaging
